*Practice of basic yoga postures and you will learn the physical, mental and emotional benefits that you can receive from the postures.
*You will learn how to integrate in your daily routine.
Day #2
*Yoga Philosophy: applying yoga to our daily lives to manage and alleviate stress and anxiety.
*This class will offer Gentil postures while you learn to modify postures to suit your level of experience, flexibility and strength .
Day #3
*Styles of Yoga
*What are Chakras?
*The energetic system vs endocrine system?
*Chakra balance for better health and wellness.
Day #4
* What is meditation?*
* Meditation techniques to experience mental peace. Técnicas
Connection: Yoga is designed to unite the connections between the body, mind, and spirit. One of the benefits of a yoga immersion is dedicating time to focus on those connections. Similarly, the connection between the lessons available through yoga teachings and everyday life is highlighted during the program. Additionally, one of the benefits of an intensive course is the valuable relationships that are forged among students.
